About The Position

What You’ll Do: For some, traveling is fun and sometimes for business; however, many travelers miss being home. Our Housekeeping team makes our hotels feel like home. As a Room Attendant, you help create guest experiences that are enjoyable and comfortable. As a Room Attendant, you’ll be doing a lot of things around here (boredom won’t be an issue). Here are a few of the tasks that will keep you busy on a daily basis: Greet guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.

Requirements

We’re looking for someone with at least six months of related experience.
You must have a passion for customer service and be able to work with others seamlessly.
This means you have no problem collaborating within a diverse team dynamic and working calmly under pressure.
Be prepared to move around because more than half of the time you will be standing/sitting, carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending/twisting, climbing stairs and more.
You also must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Clean, dust, polish and vacuum to make sure guest rooms and bathrooms meet hotel standards.
Change linens, make beds, and leave the bathroom sparkling.
Restock all guest room supplies, like soap, shampoo, and coffee.
Organize your linen closet, restock your cart, and get ready for the next day, before your shift ends each day.
