As a Floor Technician, you play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff. Requirements

Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

Provide daily floor care services throughout the facility ✨
Clean and maintain common areas, including bathrooms 🚻, lobby 🏢, and shared spaces
Collect, remove, and dispose of trash properly 🗑️
Restock cleaning supplies and organize inventory deliveries 📦
Operate floor care equipment to scrub 🧽, polish floors ✨, and shampoo carpets
Follow all safety and health regulations to maintain a safe environment ⚠️
Support overall cleanliness and sanitation of the building 🧴
