About The Position

Overview Lorien Mount Airy is seeking a Floor Tech to join our Environmental Services team. In this vital role, you’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Requirements

  • Full Time Schedule: Day
  • Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily floor care services (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, buffing)
  • Clean and sanitize common areas — bathrooms, lobby, and shared spaces
  • Gather and take out trash throughout the building
  • Restock cleaning supplies and put away inventory orders
  • Use equipment to scrub and polish floors and shampoo carpets
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and health requirements
  • Help maintain a clean, comfortable environment for everyone
