About The Position

Overview Lorien Mount Airy is seeking a Floor Tech to join our Environmental Services team. In this vital role, you’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Requirements

Full Time Schedule: Day
Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)

Responsibilities

Provide daily floor care services (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, buffing)
Clean and sanitize common areas — bathrooms, lobby, and shared spaces
Gather and take out trash throughout the building
Restock cleaning supplies and put away inventory orders
Use equipment to scrub and polish floors and shampoo carpets
Follow all safety, sanitation, and health requirements
Help maintain a clean, comfortable environment for everyone
