About The Position

Join our Amazing Team at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Rochester Mayo Clinic/Saint Marys! We are seeking a Housekeeping Manager with a spirit to serve energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to creating memorable stays for our hotel guests. The Executive Housekeeper position is responsible for all duties of the housekeeping operation and cleanliness levels of the property. This is a working position involving cleaning rooms, hiring, and training and requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively work with other departments. Other duties include promptly responding to guests needs and maintaining inventory and cost controls. Establishes a friendly environment with a positive attitude, works quickly and efficiently and leads by example for our associates to follow. Who Are You? Requirements

• Management experience preferred
• Reliable, self-motivated, and responsible time management
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals
• Adhere to guidelines and proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
• Can understand oral and written instruction
• Maintains key controls and follows procedures
