This role is for a Housekeeping Manager who will bring exceptional cleanliness standards, typically found in hotels, to a dynamic, high-traffic club environment. The manager will lead a team, take ownership of the department, and elevate cleanliness, safety, and presentation across the entire facility. Responsibilities include leading, training, and inspiring a housekeeping team, establishing and maintaining hospitality-level cleaning and inspection standards, developing staffing plans and schedules, conducting routine inspections, coaching team members, partnering with Facilities and leadership, managing inventory and vendor relationships, responding to member needs, building a team culture, and working hands-on with the team to clean the club.
