About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining impeccable cleanliness and an inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel. This role requires a hands-on leader committed to high standards, staff development, and seamless operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of housekeeping or hospitality management experience, preferably in luxury or boutique hotels.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational capabilities.
  • Experience with housekeeping management software preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior Hilton experience a plus but not mandatory.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, and employee spaces.
  • Train, coach, and supervise housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain brand standards.
  • Inspect rooms and public spaces regularly to ensure thorough cleaning and upkeep.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; control costs effectively.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to meet operational needs and maintain productivity.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, front desk, and management teams to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.
  • Uphold safety, sanitation, and Hilton brand standards consistently.
  • Manage departmental budgets and payroll within established guidelines.
