Requirements

  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
  • 2 years prior housekeeping experience
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Knowledge of scheduling, and productivity
  • High school math level required

Nice To Haves

  • The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests
  • Inspecting Guestrooms and public areas
  • Communicate with appropriate departments on statuses
  • Follow up on guest complaints/requests
  • Assist in training, coaching and development of team members
