Summary: Oversee the operations, budget and performance of assigned area. Maintain highest service standards and product knowledge, and ensure members and guests receive outstanding service (from greeting and communication to all components). Empowered to guarantee guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism as representative of Yellowstone Club. Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, Members, and guests. If accident/emergency occurs, seek any needed medical attention and contact management. Maintain good working relationships to foster and promote a positive working environment. Responsible to ensure overall cleanliness of units meets Club expectations, including via routine inspections. Order cleaning supplies and operational items. Complete work scheduling for the department. Maintain payroll. Supervises Housekeepers, Housekeeper Supervisors, and Assistant Housekeeping Manager per Club’s policies, including: interview, hire, and train; plan, assign, and direct work; reward and motivate; provide transport as needed; address complaints and resolve problems.
