The Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor supports the daily operations of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments, ensuring an exceptional standard of cleanliness, safety, and service throughout the community. Leads front-line staff, conducts inspections, provides training, coordinates daily work assignments, and ensures timely completion of resident and department needs. Upholds luxury hospitality principles and contributes to a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for residents, guests, and team members. Ability to work with courtesy and professionalism in resident homes. Participate in safety audits and assist with regulatory readiness activities. Perform regular inspections of completed work and conduct follow-up training where needed. Maintain accurate daily logs, inspections, and assignment documentation. Coach team members through real-time feedback, training, and service modeling. Follows all safety protocols, infection-control procedures, and emergency preparedness guidelines. Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to housekeeping and laundry associates.

Requirements

  • Ability to uphold our core values, follow policies and procedures.

  • Able to work a flexible schedule, have reliable transportation, and be on time for scheduled shifts.
  • Most importantly, have a positive attitude and be able to smile at all times (even under a mask).
  • Ability to lead and inspire.
  • HS Diploma/GED preferred.
  • 1-2 years previous housekeeping, laundry, or environmental services supervisor experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with cleaning techniques, laundry operations, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with work order or facility management systems is a plus.
