The Hilton Waikoloa Village is looking for Guest Request Runner to join their team! 62 acres of Hawaiian Paradise on Hawaii's Big Island located on the sunny, scenic Kohala Coast, our oceanfront resort offers a taste of the island life full of culture, poolside relaxation, and a chance to meet marine wildlife up close. As a Housekeeping Guest Request Runner, you would be responsible for delivering housekeeping items in response to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Retrieve, clean, shine and return guest shoes. Prepare rollaway and cribs and return them to designated storage areas. Assist in maintaining housekeeping storerooms, closets and offices. Pick up and deliver faxes and messages from Communications/PBX. Polish brass, as needed. Greet guests in a friendly manner.
