About The Position

JOB OVERVIEW: Under the general supervision of the Director of Housekeeping, the Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned guestroom floors, ensuring all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. This role involves supervising housekeeping staff, conducting room inspections, addressing guest requests promptly, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. The Floor Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining service quality, training team members, and upholding brand standards to deliver exceptional hospitality. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage daily floor operations to ensure seamless service and adherence to brand standards. Supervise and support front-line staff, offering guidance, training, and performance feedback. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and service quality throughout the floor. Maintain inventory levels and ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and functional. Enforce safety, sanitation, and company policies to maintain a secure and compliant work environment. Coordinate shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverage at all times. Communicate effectively with other departments to support smooth operations and guest service. Assist in onboarding and ongoing development of team members. We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service. We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to, on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.
