Associates must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules, including early mornings or evenings, as required by hotel operations.

Requirements

• Self-motivated with a calm and professional demeanor and the ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Able to communicate courteously with guests and work collaboratively with coworkers.
• Willing to assist others and contribute as a team player.
• Must be able to lift equipment or furniture weighing up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Stock linen closets with amenities and supplies for room attendants, including delivering supplies directly to room attendants as needed
• Empty room attendant carts of soiled linen and trash
• Clean corridor walls and doors and remove spots as needed
• Polish and clean mirrors, room numbers on guest room doors, and elevator doors
• Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas, and foyers
• Flip mattresses and move furniture as assigned by the supervisor
• Maintain regular attendance and be available to work as scheduled
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned
