About The Position

To clean and maintain all carpets, marble, and flooring in public and associate areas, in accordance with Omni Standards.

Requirements

• Able to work with Management on special projects.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions such as moving, bending, lifting, carry, pushing, pulling, and place objects weighing up to 75 pounds without assistance. Stand or walk for 8 hours or for an entire work shift. Requires repetitive ranges of motion.

Responsibilities

• Shampoo and spot clean all hotel carpeted areas.
• Clean, polish, and wax all other flooring in the hotel
• Operate and maintain carpet cleaning machinery and supplies.
• Shampoo lobby and public area carpets.
• Clean elevator floors.
• Shampoo the guestroom and hallway carpets.
• Reporting all damages to carpeted areas.
• Responsible for the rotation of all public space and guest room rugs.
• Proper documentation of scheduled cleaning cycles.
• All other tasks assigned by management.
