About The Position
Join the team at Lakeshore Resort and Marina, where the water meets hospitality! We're looking for a dedicated, organized, and team-oriented Dockhand/Housekeeper to help us provide top-tier service to our guests during our busy season.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service and cleaning preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors and on the water
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Must be a dependable team player with a positive attitude
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn internal systems

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with boat docking, fueling, and rentals
- Clean and maintain cabins, docks, restrooms, and common areas to resort standards
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) and reservation systems to manage and monitor boat and cabin bookings
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Assist with light maintenance duties as needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
