About The Position

Titanic Museum Attraction in Branson, MO is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join their Housekeeping Crew Members. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the museum attraction facility to ensure an exceptional experience for guests and performers alike. The Titanic Museum Attraction is a stage production that opens the door to the past, allowing "passengers" to experience what it was like to walk the hallways, parlors, cabins, and Grand Staircase of the Titanic, surrounded by more than 400 artifacts directly from the ship and its passengers. Crew members use their creativity and talent to celebrate the Titanic's timeless legend, passengers, and crew, contributing to a great experience for guests.

Requirements

Must have reliable transportation
Must be dependable and punctual
Must have open shift availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced entertainment environment
Commitment to providing a clean and welcoming guest experience

Nice To Haves

Prior custodial or housekeeping experience preferred
Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers and carpet cleaners is a plus

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of public areas, restrooms, backstage spaces, offices, and exterior grounds
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and waste removal
Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance or safety concerns
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
Support overall building operations as directed by management
