As a Housekeeping/Inventory Clerk, you will play an integral role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our inventory operations. Your primary tasks will involve stocking the Inventory Storage Unit as new items arrive, unloading pallets from delivery trucks, unpacking items, and coordinating shelves strategically and methodically. Ensuring the timely delivery of supplies to our Housekeeping Inventory Runners is crucial for guest happiness. You will monitor our guest request system, conduct monthly inventories, and communicate effectively with runners to assist as needed. What are we looking for? Requirements

Speak English proficiently
Proficient computer skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

As a Housekeeping/Inventory Clerk, you will play an integral role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our inventory operations.
Your primary tasks will involve stocking the Inventory Storage Unit as new items arrive, unloading pallets from delivery trucks, unpacking items, and coordinating shelves strategically and methodically.
Ensuring the timely delivery of supplies to our Housekeeping Inventory Runners is crucial for guest happiness.
You will monitor our guest request system, conduct monthly inventories, and communicate effectively with runners to assist as needed.
Prepares assignments for suite attendants and house persons
Monitors and follows up on all suite activities with Front Desk and Maintenance, regarding suite moves, early service, maintenance deficiencies, etc.
Monitors all in-house and outside telephone and radio calls to/from Housekeeping
Ensures proper staffing for daily occupancy requirements
Performs other duties as assigned
