About The Position

Saint Luke’s South is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to be responsible for the cleanliness of their facility. As a member of the Environmental Services Department, this role is instrumental in fighting against hospital infection. The associate will interact with patients daily, aiming to bring something positive to their day and ensure Saint Luke’s is “The Best Place To Get Care, The Best Place To Give Care.” The position is full-time, working five days a week, Monday to Friday mornings, with rotating every other weekend. The ideal candidate is excited about working with people, has a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, a willingness to work, is flexible, able to work without guidance, eager to learn, not afraid to ask questions, can be on their feet all day, and is a team player. Responsibilities

Accountable for cleaning and disinfecting patient rooms, bathrooms, floors, and offices
Removing trash, wiping surfaces, and any other tasks related to cleaning
Responsible for their own trash/linen/bio removal
