About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our facilities team. This role is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in our management office. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can work independently to maintain high standards of cleanliness.

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during evening hours
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in demeanor

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Clean and maintain restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and restroom products
• Clean interior glass, windows, and other surfaces as needed
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are properly maintained and stored
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Facilities Manager
• Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
