This role plays a critical part in upholding the appearance and cleanliness of our dealership, ensuring our customers and employees experience a safe, organized, and inviting environment every day.

Requirements

Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable with strong work ethic and attendance
Ability to follow directions and safety protocols
Ability to lift up to 25–40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of showroom floors, offices, restrooms, service areas, and common spaces
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring supplies are consistently available
Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the facility
Clean windows, glass surfaces, and high-touch areas regularly
Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance or repair needs
Follow all company safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Support dealership events and assist with special cleaning projects as needed
Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper organization of janitorial supplies
