About The Position
At White Oak Manor of Columbia, a respected Long Term Care Facility, we’re dedicated to providing high-quality care in a home-like environment for our residents — and that starts with a strong, compassionate team. We’re currently seeking a dependable, energetic, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work weekends (required)
Nice To Haves
- Previous housekeeping or healthcare cleaning experience is a plus, but not required — we will train the right person!
Responsibilities
- Cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Replacing linens and restocking supplies
- Following infection control protocols and safety guidelines
- Providing friendly and respectful service to residents and staff
