Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and a friendly, respectful attitude
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning services

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and according to safety and health standards
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
• Respond promptly to special cleaning requests from residents or staff
• Follow established procedures for waste disposal and infection control
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
