About The Position

Huntsville Health Care Center | Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Friday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Huntsville Health Care Center is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Housekeeper to join our team. Our housekeeping staff plays an essential role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, families, and staff. Requirements

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred (healthcare or hospitality experience a plus)
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbs as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Must pass background check and any required screenings

Nice To Haves

• healthcare or hospitality experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and hallways
• Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces in accordance with facility standards
• Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies as needed
• Follow all infection control, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain assigned work areas and equipment in good working condition
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding room readiness
• Provide courteous, professional service to residents, families, and visitors
• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned
