About The Position

We are currently seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Housekeepers. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests or residents. QualificationsResponsibilities: Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards and procedures. Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and clean surfaces to remove dirt, dust, and debris. Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities as needed. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors. Restock supplies, such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products, in guest rooms and common areas. Report any maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor or manager. Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service to guests or residents, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns or requests in a professional and courteous manner. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness. Ability to work independently and efficiently, with minimal supervision. Physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
