About The Position

Truck Centers, Inc. is looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Housekeeper. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing, family-owned company while playing an important role in keeping our dealership clean, safe, and welcoming for both customers and team members.
In this role, you’ll use a variety of cleaning equipment and products while managing your time effectively and taking pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work—both independently and alongside the team.
Hours for this position will be Monday-Friday. Shift can be discussed in the interview, but we are potentially looking at 11am-7:30pm.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of relatable work experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds independently
• Carpet and floor care knowledge is beneficial
• Confident ability to operate a variety of cleaning tools and mix commercial cleaning solutions
• Strong personal conviction to safety and producing quality work
• Resourceful, organized work habits to thrive independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to maintain collaborative working relationships with other team members
• Must be willing to participate in a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Carpet and floor care knowledge is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and upkeep of facility, including floors, windows, and common areas
• Maintain clean and sanitary restrooms, restocking supplies as needed
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and care for all floor surfaces, including carpets
• Empty trash and maintain cleanliness inside and around entrances
• Respond quickly to spills or cleanup needs to ensure a safe environment
• Assist with basic setup and teardown for company events
• Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support additional tasks as needed with a focus on safety and customer service
