About The Position

Position Responsibilities: Assist Managing Supervisor daily with grounds upkeep and cleaning all amenity areas. Adhere to all safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment at all times. Complete any maintenance tasks at the community as assigned by Property Manager and Lead Maintenance Technician. Respond to resident service requests related to cleaning issues, informing office staff and lead maintenance when complete. Perform any required maintenance to ensure that all residents moving in to the property have an apartment home which measures up to company standards.    These include: Cleaning all appliances in the kitchen. Cleaning all kitchen and bathroom cabinets, counters, drawers, and tile floors. Clean all windows. Clean and spray paint fireplace interior. Completely clean the bathroom, including toilets, tubs, tile, floor, mirror, sink(s), cabinets, drawers. All wood accents in the kitchen and bathroom should be oiled and polished. Vacuum after cleaning is completed. Clean all light fixtures. Clean washer and dryer vents. Detail clean all unit fixtures including built-in hutches, shelves, towel bars, etc. Ensure that the model is freshened daily prior to being shown by leasing consultants. This includes dusting furniture, wiping down counters, tubs, etc., and vacuuming the carpet. Make sure that building exteriors at any target units and the model are free of cobwebs and other dirt. Freshen all clubhouse areas. Detail clean management office and clubhouse twice weekly. Detail clean laundry room twice weekly. Freshen all amenity areas on a daily basis. These responsibilities are a framework, but not all encompassing. Any other duties may be assigned by the company from time to time.
