Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Good communication skills and friendly demeanor.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas according to the hotel's standards.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities in a timely manner.
- Report any maintenance issues or damaged items to management.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and courteously to guest requests.
- Assist with laundry and housekeeping supply management as needed.
