Windsor Laurelwood Center is seeking a Housekeeper The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the facility in accordance with established housekeeping procedures, infection control standards, OSHA requirements, and Joint Commission regulations. This role supports patient safety, comfort, and well-being by ensuring patient rooms, offices, and public areas are cleaned and maintained to healthcare-grade standards. The Housekeeper works independently with minimal supervision, manages time effectively in a fast-paced environment, and contributes to a positive, respectful atmosphere for patients, visitors, and staff. The Housekeeper properly uses and stores cleaning supplies and equipment, ensures adequate availability of linens and essential supplies, and promptly reports safety, maintenance, or infection control concerns. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, teamwork, and readiness to assist during emergencies while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all facility policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
