In this role, you’ll help maintain clean, safe, and inviting spaces across their campus—from Resident rooms and public areas to offices and community amenities. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED, or 1-3 months of housekeeping experience, or a combination of education and experience
Dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping others

Responsibilities

Examines rooms, halls, and lobbies to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment, and makes recommendations to management.
Attends periodic staff meetings with other Team Member to discuss company policies and Residents concerns, and to make recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation.
Maid service for the Residents (tasks by request of Resident).
Housecleaning of Resident’s rooms and public areas.
Clean in all units and the common areas (lights, mirrors, chandeliers, woodwork, dust, vacuum halls, elevators, storage rooms, entrance door windows, laundry rooms, vacuum dining room carpet).
Clean all restrooms.
Empty trash cans from office - dust all furniture.
Clean stairways and stairway halls.
Dust ceilings for cobwebs.
Clean inside windows of halls and stairways as needed.
Linen exchanges.
Clean model apartment.
Vacuum furniture in lobby area and atrium.
Clean guest room during stay overs and when guests vacate.
Dust walls of elevators and common halls.
