Requirements

  • Knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
  • Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
  • Ability to work independently (without direct supervision)
  • Ability to follow instructions (verbal and written)
  • Positive and problem-solving attitude
  • Dedication to providing excellent customer service

Responsibilities

  • Play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation
  • Complete daily duties such as vacuuming, changing linens, and making bathrooms shine
  • Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and teammates
  • Ensure exceptional and positive experiences for diverse team members and guests
  • Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to established standards
  • Visually inspect rooms to help identify necessary maintenance items
  • Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information when requested
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service with a Service +1 attitude
  • Help in laundry/clean public spaces when necessary
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times for diverse team members and guests
