About The Position

Madrid Home is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join the Western Home Environmental Services team as a Housekeeper. The day-to-day duties include cleaning residents rooms (bed/bath), maintaining the facilities and other duties according to the daily work schedule. What You'll Do: Provide housekeeping and window wash duties for Western Home Communities' residents Perform detailed room cleaning as needed, daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly Complete assigned duties and tasks according to the daily work schedule as well as accurate documentation Ensure that the facilities and rooms are well maintained and replenish bathroom/cleaning supplies as needed Empty trash and garbage containers according to schedule and transport waste to disposal areas Interact with residents in a friendly and positive way What You'll Need: (Preferred) Housekeeping experience Exceptional organizational and time management skills Ability to work under stress Availability to work every other weekend and holidays, as required Benefits: (Full-time) Health, Dental and Vision Flexible PTO 401k Match Tuition Reimbursement Wellness Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program Alternate wage scale available for those who choose to waive benefits Actual wage based on experience And much more!
