About The Position

Sign-On: $1,500 Shift: Full-Time, Days, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, for 80 hours per pay period, holiday and weekend rotation Be the difference behind the scenes – become a Hospital Housekeeper! Requirements

  • Customer/patient focused
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read, speak and understand English
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform functions of the position

Responsibilities

  • Clean and disinfect patient rooms, restrooms, and hospital areas according to established protocols
  • Remove trash, linen, and biohazard waste safely and appropriately
  • Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and linens
  • Follow infection prevention and safety guidelines at all times
  • Respond promptly to cleaning requests to support patient care
  • Work collaboratively with nursing, EVS, and hospital staff
