About The Position
The Housekeeper role, referred to as a Guest Environment Expert, is focused on creating a memorable and unique guest experience by maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions and are empowered to perform necessary tasks. This includes delivering guest requests, stocking carts, and cleaning rooms and public spaces to ensure all hotel spaces contribute to a great guest experience. Success in this role also requires ensuring a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication style. The position involves being on your feet and actively moving, requiring a hands-on approach to work.
Requirements
- Skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
Responsibilities
