About The Position

Maintain the cleanliness of Foundation building spaces to an extremely high standard, including: Penrose House and Copper building, 10 Lake executive offices and Penrose Heritage Museum.

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve
  • Ability to utilize cleaning supplies, including vacuum and golf cart
  • A desire to proactively develop new skills to enhance overall job performance
  • Ability to work in a professional courteous manner and honor the Foundation's recognized values of respect, integrity, teamwork and excellence
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to travel to work
  • Subject to employment pre-screening (background check)

Responsibilities

  • Remove all trash
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas
  • Sweep and/or dust mop and wash all hard floor surfaces
  • Wash all bathroom fixtures and floors with appropriate solution
  • Clean drinking fountains
  • Clean entry glass
  • Dust all shelves, desks, picture frames and baseboards
  • Clean interior floor mats
  • Stock all bathroom supplies as necessary
  • Sweep and wash all kitchen floors, counter tops and appliances
  • Report any maintenance problems to housekeeping supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned
