Requirements

  • Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial work
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and pride in a job well done
  • Availability to work Saturdays (closed on Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in apartment communities, hospitality, or commercial cleaning
  • Bilingual abilities
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and safe usage

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain vacant apartments to prepare for new residents
  • Maintain cleanliness in shared areas like the leasing office, clubhouse, hallways, and model units
  • Follow cleaning checklists and ensure high standards are consistently met
  • Track and report supply inventory as needed
  • Identify and report maintenance issues to the onsite team
  • Help maintain curb appeal by keeping entryways, walkways, and grounds free of debris
  • Support the team during inspections, move-ins, and community events
