Requirements

Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles preferred
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques for different surfaces
Familiarity with carpet cleaning and floor care procedures
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
Change linens and make beds
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals for different surfaces
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Adhere to housekeeping management instructions and guidelines
