About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests or residents. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will contribute significantly to the overall satisfaction and well-being of those you serve.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and bending
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, with adherence to safety guidelines
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces
• Change linens, make beds, and ensure laundry is properly managed
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, carpets, windows, and furniture
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Assist with special cleaning projects or deep cleaning tasks as required
