Housekeeper - PART TIME WEEKENDS ONLY
About The Position
We are seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to provide light cleaning and resident support our apartment community conveniently located in downtown Jacksonville. This is an entry-level position working weekend shifts only and is ideal for candidates of all experience levels. The role allows for downtime between tasks and can be a great fit for students or individuals looking for supplemental weekend work. Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to perform general janitorial duties.
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with various groups (on-site staff, vendors, residents).
Responsibilities
- Swiffering and/or vacuuming floors
- Wiping down surfaces
- Restocking supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the shift
- Communicate any facility issues or concerns to management
- Greet residents, visitors, and vendors
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls; document and relay messages as needed
- Address general inquiries and direct questions to the appropriate staff members
- Receive and sign for deliveries and packages as required
