About The Position

The housekeeper will maintain the order, cleanliness, and organization of the interior of the residence. Ensure a clean and comfortable environment for Owners/Guests. Will support in special projects while exhibiting a professional attitude and adhering to privacy and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of best cleaning practices/procedures, detail, sensitive materials, high value assets
  • Efficient and effective independent work ethic who is service oriented, and is a team player
  • Responsible for mail, keys, codes, clickers, and integrity of private/confidential information
  • Must have a valid Nevada Driver License
  • Fluent in English (English & Spanish- preferred)
  • Trustworthy, personable, reliable, hard-working, professional, loyal, and organized
  • Physically fit, strong, and agile, ability to work in varying places (Estates) at various times
  • Ability to adapt, in a fast pace, changing environment, and maintain a flexible attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Passion for the work, ability to adapt, with a flexible attitude

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all living spaces (i.e., kitchen, family, living, dining, office, game, bedrooms, bathrooms)
  • Assist Principles/Guests (i.e., unloading car, making coffee, etc.) with reception and service
  • Perform deep/surface cleaning (i.e., vacuum, polish, dust, wash, shine, scrub, mop, sweep, etc.)
  • Perform bedding/linen changing, making, handing, storing, cleaning, care/maintaining
  • Perform soft goods/laundry maintenance: sorting, washing, ironing, steaming, dry cleaning
  • Perform windows/treatment cleaning and cobweb removal
  • Perform trash disposal from interior daily with consideration of hygienic cleanliness
  • Perform pantry/refrigerators/wine cellar: replenishment, organization, care/maintenance
  • Perform table decorating, setting, and serving when necessary
  • Report all supplies needed, maintenance, security, damage, safety issues to owners
  • Support meal assistance/preparation and set up/clean up when necessary
  • Support formal/informal dinners, parties, events in set up/take down and serving
  • Support the owners with packing/unpacking of Principles/Guests
  • Support the owners in organization of all: closet, cabinet, shelves, drawers, and spaces
  • Support the owners in annual, semi-annual, monthly, and weekly special projects
  • Run errands, drive, and conduct grocery trips when necessary
  • Operate machinery and perform care/maintenance required (i.e., vacuum, toaster, iron, etc.)
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
