About The Position

Good Shepherd Community, an 80-unit senior apartment community located in Greenfield, IN, is seeking Housekeepers. National Church Residences, the nation's largest provider of affordable senior housing and health care services, is looking for individuals to join their team of property management professionals who share their vision to advance better living and care for seniors.

Responsibilities

Follows established cleaning schedule.
Cleans common areas of property, model apartments or vacant apartments designated as show units.
Duties may include emptying trash, dusting and vacuuming; polishing/cleaning furniture, cleaning fixtures, glass, window ledges, mopping floor areas.
Completes work orders and inspections appropriately per policy and procedure.
Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relationships with residents, co-workers, community leaders, owners, management, vendors, and service providers.
