Website: https://www.nnmc.com This Housekeeping opportunity is full time at 40 hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient flexible schedule. We are looking for a dynamic Housekeeper to clean all areas of the hospital according to policies and procedures. Participates in performance improvement activities.

Requirements

One to three (1-3) months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

Previous hospital experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Performs routine cleaning of patient rooms, nursing units, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways in a clean, neat and sanitary manner.
Utilizes the appropriate chemicals and supplies according to procedure.
Transports trash and hazardous waste to appropriate disposal area.
Follows all infection control practices including hand hygiene techniques, standard precautions and isolation precautions.
