Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Previous housekeeping experience (healthcare setting a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
  • Lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs
  • Perform repetitive cleaning tasks in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous housekeeping experience (healthcare setting a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
  • Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility
  • Sanitize surfaces including walls, windows, mirrors, and fixtures
  • Empty trash and replace liners
  • Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas
  • Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning supplies
  • Report safety concerns and supply needs promptly
  • Provide friendly, professional service to residents and staff
