We do this because we are Miraval. The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the guest rooms assigned.

Requirements

Basic reading, writing, and speaking English skills preferred.
Attention to detail.
A true desire to serve others in a fast-paced environment.
Must have flexible availability and be willing to work weekends and holiday

Responsibilities

Review daily room assignments, making note of VIPs, departure times, turns, and special requests
Prepare work caddy with supplies ensuring proper chemicals and tools are in hand
Clean and prepare guest rooms to Miraval Housekeeping standards
Restock amenities.
Report any maintenance issues.
Report any HSKP issues (dirty carpets, stains, mold, etc)
Ensure lights, radio and TV are in working order.
Turn in and log any lost and found items to security office.
Place any F&B dishes, glasses into the housekeeping closet in appropriate containers.
Complete any special cleaning tasks.
Update room status via Hotsos device.
Attend scheduled meetings and training.
Adhere to grooming standards at all times.
Have a positive attitude and work together with co-workers
Follow proper recycling procedures
