About The Position

The Housekeeping Team Leader is a hands-on, energetic role that drives the heartbeat of daily housekeeping operations. This leader motivates and supports Room Attendants and House Attendants, keeps the team focused and moving efficiently, and ensures every space meets high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Trusted to step in as the go-to leader when the Manager is away, this role is perfect for someone who takes pride in leading others, solving challenges in the moment, and creating a clean, welcoming environment guests love.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet established quality and timeliness standards when cleaning all assigned rooms
• Achieve daily productivity expectations of 12 credits, based on room size and service type
• Strip guest units and properly remove all trash and used linens
• Thoroughly clean guest units, including bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, closets, and decks/balconies
• Clean bathrooms by sanitizing bathtubs, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and all floor surfaces using appropriate tools and supplies
• Strip and make beds, change linens, and safely handle and lift soiled laundry as required
• Identify and report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens
• Maintain unit inspection scores of 80% or higher in accordance with resort standards
• Ensure proper use and care of all cleaning equipment and supplies by following established procedures
• Immediately report all Lost & Found items according to company policy
• Work collaboratively in a team environment and assist with additional duties as needed to support overall operations
