When you are a patient, talking to the person who cleans your room can be the highlight of your day. As a Housekeeper you will help keep things neat and tidy. This could involve removing trash, washing windows, keeping the floors spotless or general bathroom cleaning. One day you may vacuum & sanitize rooms and the next you may be prepping a room for a new resident. Every day is different. We do whatever is needed to support the sanitation needs of the center. Your role goes beyond daily tasks—you become a source of comfort, encouragement, and connection for the people you serve. We don’t just treat the condition, we walk alongside them on their journey toward healthier, fuller living. Whether you’re providing direct care, preparing meals, or keeping our spaces welcoming, your work makes a real difference in someone’s life. This is a large, inner-city skilled nursing facility that provides care across multiple levels—from geriatric long-term care to a robust behavioral health program. Our patients range from their mid-40s to 80+, many living with physical, cognitive, or behavioral health conditions. Our staff and patients are known for their warmth—you’ll be greeted with smiles and “hellos” as you walk through the halls. We’re easy to reach, located near W. 43rd & State Street, just off 90/94 and a few blocks from the train. We invest in your future.
