Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain household systems, including maintenance schedules and household manuals
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of a 20,000 sq. ft. estate consisting of multiple structures
  • Supervise and support household staff
  • Manage and coordinate vendors for repairs, maintenance, landscaping, and specialized services
  • Source and recommend high-quality vendors
  • Oversee ongoing repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Implement and manage household security procedures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for household-related needs and issues
