Salary Pay Range: Min $16.35 Hourly $24.54 Hourly This salary range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.  At NEU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate with a moving team preparation and movement of customer household goods
  • Customer relations
  • General Business support including Japanese/English translation
  • Maintain a good working relationship with customers on a regular basis , via phone/email.
  • Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with drivers
  • General business support function as assigned
  • Drive company vehicle (non-CDL truck, van, passenger car) safely
  • Make sure all documentation relating to the shipment has been properly filled out.
  • Translate Japanese/English
  • Working with the moving team as indicated above
