About The Position
An exceptional hospital near Helena, Montana, is looking for a full-time, permanent House Supervisor to join its team. The leadership opportunity comes with up to a $20,000 retention bonus and $7,000 in relocation assistance. Pay Range: $35.00-$52.00/hr House Supervisor Opportunity: Full-time, permanent role, direct-hire Monday-Friday. 5x8s, dayshift $20,000 retention bonus and $7,000 relocation assistance available Benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement The House Supervisor oversees daily hospital operation, supports the critical care department and provides hands-on patient care when needed
Requirements
- Active Montana RN license required before start date
- Minimum of 3 years’ hospital RN experience
- Proven leadership in patient flow, resource management, or nursing supervision
Nice To Haves
- ICU experience strongly preferred
