As a Nursing House Supervisor at MercyOne, you will: Oversees the operations of clinical services during the routine absence of Nurse Managers and Department Directors Hospital operations in the absence of senior management on evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays Acts as a resource person for clinical decision making, personnel issues, and problem-solving through support of philosophies and standards of MercyOne Genesis Medical Center

Requirements

• Associate's Degree Field Of Study: Nursing General Requirements:
• Special Training: Basic Life Support Training
• Licensure/Registration: Registered Nurse in Illinois, Registered Nurse in Iowa within 1 year
• More than 3 years experience required
