Valley Hospital Phoenix is seeking a Night Shift RN House Supervisor with a background in Behavioral Health to join our awesome team of incredible people! Our Night Shift House Nursing Supervisor is responsible for leading, guiding, monitoring, and evaluating hospital staff during assigned shifts. Consults with the Chief Nursing Officer and/or Assistant Director of Nursing, staff, physicians, and other members of clinical administration on nursing problems and interpretation of facility policies to ensure that patient’s needs are met. Maintains performance improvement activities and participates in hospital wide PI initiatives. Responsible for mentoring RNs, LPNs, MHTs and other clinical staff as needed. Requirements

Currently licensed to practice by the Arizona State Board of Nursing
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required

Nice To Haves

Three (3) years of experience in Nursing Administration preferred
Experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting with adults 18+ preferred
