Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required, Master’s degree preferred
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of acute care nursing clinical experience and a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in an acute care facility
- Current valid New Jersey State RN license
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
- ACLS
- Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
- The RN House Supervisor will be responsible for the administrative/operational responsibility of all department service functions on his/her shift.
